Shipping and Damages
Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before you submit your order. If you discover your shipping address is incorrect, email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so it can be updated. Once the order has been shipped, the address cannot be changed. Bria Nicole Art is not responsible for packages sent to a wrong address inputed by the buyer.
Changes to Order
Orders are automatically sent to a production facility to be printed and shipped, and there is a short window to make changes before it goes into production. If you need to revise your order, please send an email to email@example.com as quickly as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed but if you act quickly you'll most likely be able to update the order before it prints and goes out.
Processing and Delivery Times
Processing time is the time it takes to prepare your order to ship. You will receive a notification via email or text message when your order ships out.
- 2-8 business days for US and International orders
- Processing time for purchases made during sales will be closer to 8 business days.
Delivery time is the time it takes for your order to arrive AFTER you receive a notification that your order has been shipped.
- 3-8 business days in the US, 6-10 b. days in Canada, 5-20 b. days international.
Please note, some orders will experience shipping delays until Covid-19 restrictions are released worldwide. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated processing time with the estimated shipping time for your location.
At this time receiving your order could take anywhere from 1-3 weeks in the US, slightly longer for international orders. Most orders will ship out within 1 week and purchases made during sales could take 2 weeks to ship. If you are unable to wait 1-3 weeks (US & Canada) in the event of occasional delays or you are in a time crunch, it’s recommended not to place an order until you have extra time on your hands.
Return to Sender
If your package is returned to sender because of an incorrect address or is unclaimed, we will be happy to resend, you just have to recover the reshipment cost.
Because each item is printed to order, you are not eligible for a refund for a shipment returned to sender unless the order is damaged in transit or there was a mistake on our part or that of the courier.
Order Did Not Arrive
If your order doesn't arrive within the time frames mentioned above of if your tracking hasn't updated within this time frame, feel free to contact and a resolution will be offered.

Returns and Damaged or Incorrect Products
UNDAMAGED PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE. Every product is printed to order from partner facilities in locations across the globe, so refunds or exchanges are not offered at this time for undamaged orders.
If your product is received damaged, or you receive the wrong order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 weeks of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we will be happy to arrange a replacement for you promptly. We apologize in advance for any order damages and we will work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Many illustrations feature a distressed texture and gouache-style paint brush strokes. These are intentional stylistic choices used in the artwork. Sometimes customers mistake them as “blemishes” or “smudges”.
